Very professional! Completes quality work with a quick turnaround time!

SDS recently replaced three large roofs on fourplexes that I manage. They did an outstanding job. They scheduled the job quickly and completed it within one week. Sam, the owner, communicated regularly with us and kept us up to date. They did a wonderful job cleaning up the job site—it looked brand new! I will use them again!

They did a great job on a garage roof for us on a rental. They got it done in less than a day, and the bill was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent job done by SDS Construction! Sam has great communication and the crew was very skillful. We highly recommend Sam and his crew! So happy with our roof!

From start to finish, Sam and his crew did an exceptional job from the quote to the clean-up. They are a very hard-working team with great communication and attention to detail. They performed an entire tear-off and replacement of roof on my house and 3 car garage in one short fall day (including clean-up). I would highly recommend SDS Commercial Roofing & Restoration for all your roofing needs. In addition, Sam has also provided excellent references for other contractors and/or projects that he could not fit into his schedule in a timely manner or were not his expertise.
