The problem

The roof was waterlogged and full of voids, with an area where water was getting inside.

What we did

Instead of a full tear-off, we restored the roof with a new spray foam system. We scarfed 1/2" off the weathered foam, primed the surface, and re-foamed the entire roof at a consistent 1.5". We finished it with a base coat and a top coat, creating a seamless, watertight membrane.
